Studio Louis Lin 设计的西棕榈滩公寓，打破滨海住宅繁复浮夸的固有范式，以自然美学与人文思维为核心，重构简约静谧的当代海岸人居，褪去刻意的海景堆砌，打造一处融于山海光影的城市静居。

The West Palm Beach apartment designed by Studio Louis Lin breaks away from the conventional, ornate patterns of coastal residences. Centered on natural aesthetics and humanistic thinking, it redefines contemporary coastal living with simplicity and tranquility—eschewing刻意 embellishments of ocean views to create a serene urban retreat seamlessly integrated with the interplay of light, shadow, mountains, and sea.

The project covers a floor area of 168㎡, leveraging the mild coastal climate to create a soft and harmonious spatial ambiance. Wide-format white oak flooring runs throughout the home, complemented by panoramic floor-to-ceiling glass that blurs the boundaries between interior and exterior, bringing waterfront views and lush tropical greenery into daily life—achieving a seamless integration of living spaces with nature.

空间以通透动线为设计核心，通过舍弃冗余隔断，形成一体化客餐厅开阔格局，适配居家休憩与社交会客等多元场景。设计摒弃传统蓝白滨海配色，以沙色、浅橄榄绿为主调，结合哑光大理石、原木柜体与黄铜五金，冷暖材质互补平衡，赋予空间低调高级的质感层次。

The design centers on an open, fluid circulation path, eliminating redundant partitions to create a spacious, integrated living-dining area that accommodates diverse scenarios such as relaxation and social gatherings. Moving away from the traditional blue-and-white coastal palette, the space features sand-colored tones and soft olive green as its main hues, complemented by matte marble, solid wood cabinets, and brass hardware. The interplay of warm and cool materials achieves a balanced, understated elegance with refined texture.

卫浴延续极简自然风格，天然石材搭配嵌入式浴缸，营造沉浸式康养氛围。全屋智能调光系统适配滨海强光、潮湿的特殊环境，兼顾美观与实用性。本案跳出滨海住宅同质化困境，以克制简约的设计手法，诠释了当代高端滨海人居的雅致内核。

The bathroom maintains a minimalist and natural style, featuring natural stone and an inset bathtub, creating an immersive wellness atmosphere. The entire house's intelligent dimming system is adapted to the strong light and humid conditions of the coastal area, balancing both aesthetics and practicality. This project breaks free from the homogeneity of coastal residences, using restrained and simple design techniques to interpret the elegant core of contemporary high-end coastal living.
